Q. What are your hours
of business?
A. WhirlyBall/Laser-Sport is
open daily at 2pm. If you book two hours of more we will open
anytime for them. We close with our latest
reservation. Please call 216-591-0707 to check for the
availability of the Laser-Sport arena or WhirlyBall courts.
Q. Is there
an age limit to WhirlyBall or Laser-Sport?
A. Yes. WhirlyBall
is for ages 9 and up. Laser-Sport is for ages 7 and up.
Q. May I
simply walk in and play?
A. Yes and No. Laser-Sport
is available for walk-in business, but it is suggested that you call
before you come in. We do accept reservations for
Laser-Sport, but they are currently not required. In order to
play WhirlyBall you must have a
reservation. To make a reservation for WhirlyBall and/or
Laser-Sport please call us at 216-591-0707.
Q. How many
people do I need to make a reservation?
A. 8 people is the minimum to reserve a court of
WhirlyBall. 6 people is the minimum to reserve
Laser-Sport. 24 people is the maximum number of people per
Laser-Sport session. A deposit is required to confirm each reservation.
Q.
What is your cancellation policy?
A. WhirlyBall court
time and Laser-Sport arena time is confirmed only
with a deposit of 50% of the total court time booked, which can be done
by check, cash or credit card.
Once WhirlyBall court time or
Laser-Sport arena time is confirmed, and if you must cancel for any
reason more than 7 days in advance of the event,
then the 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card number or your
cash/check deposit will be forfeited, unless we
can rebook the entire court or arena time.
If the cancellation is made
within 7 days of the event, then a 100% of the court or arena time will
be charged to the credit card number or if a cash or check deposit was
initially received, then the balance shall become immediately due, unless
we can rebook the entire court or arena time.
Q.
May I bring my own food and beverages?
A. No outside food or beverage are
permitted at WhirlyBall, with a few
exceptions. You may bring in snacks
(chips, pretzels, etc) and desserts (birthday cakes, cookies, etc.) for
your party. If you bring in your own food, you must
supply your own bowls, utensils, flatware, etc.
WhirlyBall works with local restaurants to provide
its customers with a variety of options for their party's food.
WhirlyBall also sells beer, wine, wine coolers, and soft drinks in
individual sizes, as well as in pitchers. Please visit the Menu page to see what
